Alumina Ceramics
Alumina ceramic is more widely applied in industrial. For Alumina Ceramics, We would like to supply different purity products such as 95%Al2O3, 98%Al2O3, 99%Al2O3, 99.5Al2O3 and high purity (>99.9%Al2O3) Ceramics, etc.
We can supply the ceramics products by kinds of forming process such as dry pressing, CIP(cold isostatic pressing), HIP(hot isostatic pressing), CIM(ceramics injection molding), gel-casting process, ceramic tape casting process, etc.
For the ceramics products shape, we commonly supply single shape such as tube, rod, ring, plate, block, ball, etc, we also supply great complex shape product with great high precision. By high precision machining we can supply the min 0.001mm tolerance products.
For the products size, we can supply from less than 1MM to several hundred big size product.
For being characterized with excellent chemical and physical properties such as high hardness, high strength, high chemical and wear resistance, etc, Our ceramics products is widely applied in machinery, electronic, petroleum, chemical, aviation, textile, precious apparatus and organic engineering, etc.
